Our client, an automotive manufacturer, is looking for an Environmental Manager to join their team. This is an onsite role and direct hire.
Responsibilities:
- manage environmental permits and compliance activities
- environmental incident investigations
- maintain environmental testing equipment
- manage environment strategy and budgets
- act as interface between management and regulatory agencies
- prepare and manage contracts with suppliers and consultants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience
- experience with environmental procedures based on ISO14001
- start-up plant experience preferred
